우리 아뜰리에는 설계뿐만이 아니라 기획, 시공, 유지관리와 같이 프로젝트를 진행하며 고려해야 할 모든 사항에 관하여 전문적인 컨설팅을 제공합니다.
완성도 있는 건축물은 건축가와 의뢰인에게 큰 만족을 주기도 하지만 오래도록 남아 사용자뿐만이 아니라 도시와 도심 속 시민들에게도 큰 사랑을 받는다고 생각하기 때문에 화담 파트너스는 프로젝트 하나하나에 열정과 정성을 담아 게획합니다.
Hwadam Partners is an atelier with great pride of architectural design and planning.
We not only manage architectural plan, but also responsively manage project planning, construction, and maintenance supervising. To make the most appropriate decision, we try to consider all of these process with insights through the whole project.
Our firm think of building's value shines when it is satisfied by it's users and is planned appropriately for it's need.

주어진 조건을 최대한 활용하기 위해 다각도로 고민하고 같은 조건 안에서 최상의 셜과물을 위해 의뢰인들과 수많은 미팅을 진행한다, 의뢰인들에게 3D 모델링을 통한 시각화로 그들의 선택에 대한 결과를 확신을 줍니다.
우리는 열정을 담아 설계한 작품인만큼 시공 과정에서 나타나는 다양한 변수에 의도를 잃어버릴 수 있는 가능성을 배제하기 위하여 시공을 직접 관리하고 진행합니다. 실제 건축물이 설계한 의도대로 이변 없이 완성되는 과정에서 보다 높은 퀄리티의 결과물을 만들어 낼 수 있습니다. 또한, 결과물이 완성되고 난 이후에도 2년 간의 하자 기간을 설정하여, 프로젝트 완성 이후에도 관리를 성실하게 수행하며 의뢰인과의 신뢰관계를 유지합니다.

We build, and manage what we build.
We consider given condition in various aspects and pursue the best results through numerous meetings with clients. We also convince our clients with visualization through 3D modeling.
Since our projects are planned with passion, our firm wanted to prevent the possibility of losing architect's initial intention about detailed designs (which usually happens in a lot of variables during construction process). We directly plan and manage the construction we intend and design. These process help we, Hwadam Partners to make better qualities of buildings without errors and accidents about communications.
Even, after completion of construction, we provide 2 years of guarantee period that we sincerely fulfill with responsibility for credit and trust between our firm and clients. With this policy, Hwadam Partners aim for the satisfaction of our clients.
Also, not only the client, but we believe our designs will beloved by the city with high-quality and great degree of completion.

한국교통대학교 겸임교수 건축공학과 출강
애정을 다하여 설계한 건축물이 집장사들에게 망가지는 것이 보기 싫어서 인부들과 싸워가며 시공을 시작한지 15년... 많은 경험을 바탕으로 현실성 있고 완성도 높은 건축을 한다.
